Shiloh Compassion is a faith based Christian ministry incorporated in the state of Florida February 10, 1996 and is a US 501(3)(c) not-for-profit charitable relief agency whose purpose is to help the poor and those in need regardless of race, creed or religious affiliation.Bishop Windsor B. Stuppard, founder , is a native of Haiti. He and his wife Missionary Gloria Stuppard and makes frequent mission trip to Haiti. He has dedicated his life to improving the lives of impoverished men, women and children in Haiti by helping them to become successful members of their communities who will have the tools to positively impact future generations. He also speaks both native languages, French and Creole.Although every humanitarian effort involves many individuals who give their time, money, and expertise, we are always seeking individuals who stand out because of their unselfish commitment and contributions to the effort. We personally know families who are homeless and who needs help desperately.
